Series Details

Registering for multiple races in one season can be a pain – Register in one place and be entered to run all three races, hassle free.

In addition to the individual race shirts and medals, Series participants earn a special Series medal and swag item upon completing the final race of the year, the Newport Winter 10k.

Series registrants also receive a special Series bib, and complimentary beer ticket after each race.

Prizes for the top three male and female runners with the speediest cumulative times in the series will be distributed following the final event in Stowe, Vermont. Runners must register specifically for the Series to be eligible for the cumulative time award.

To complete the Rhode Island 10k Series, runners must register for the series as a whole and participate in all three events in that calendar year. Registration for events individually will not make a runner eligible for series completion. If you are already registered for one event and would like to do the series please contact us at info@graymattermarketing.com and we’ll get it sorted out.

If you have already registered for one or two of the individual 10k race but would now like to run the complete series, please contact us.

Our events are held rain or shine. However, there is always the potential for extreme or severe weather conditions. Race organizers will do as much as we can to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed as race officials consult public safety officers. If there is more than a short delay, if conditions persist, or the forecast calls for extreme weather, race officials reserve the right to alter or cancel the race. Any decision to cancel an event is done as an absolute last resort and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnel as appropriate. In such situations, there will be NO REFUNDS as registrants accept any such risk of their entry free when signing up.

Please check the website, our Facebook page, and your email before the race for any changes or cancellations.
